Questions
Asked before the first call.
Do I need spa or wellness experience?
Business and people-leadership experience matters most. Your licensed therapists and estheticians deliver the services; you lead the team and the guest experience.
How much does it cost to open?
The initial franchise fee is $59,500 and the total estimated initial investment ranges from $479,450 to $885,450, driven mostly by the size and condition of your space. Ongoing fees are a 6% royalty and a 1% brand fund contribution on gross sales. Every figure is detailed in the Franchise Disclosure Document, which you receive before any commitment.
What do I need to qualify?
We look for at least $200,000 in liquid capital and a net worth of $500,000 or more.
Can I finance the investment?
Many franchise owners use a mix of personal capital and small-business lending. We are glad to talk through the options on your introductory call.
Which markets are available?
Our seven priority markets are downtown Philadelphia, Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Charlotte and Kansas City, each chosen for its urban mix: a strong base of downtown workers and residents, measured growth and major attractions. We also follow seven downtowns in each time zone, and we welcome inquiries from other cities. Tell us where you would like to be, and we will let you know what is available.
How long until I open?
Timing depends mostly on finding the site and completing the build-out. We will share a realistic timeline for your market on the introductory call.
Can I own more than one location?
Yes. A development agreement for three day spas carries a $150,000 development fee, with additional units at $50,000 each up to five, and $45,000 per unit on schedules of six to nine. No additional initial franchise fee is due on spas opened under a development agreement.
